More hotels are coming to Georgetown: Baymont by Wyndham Georgetown owners are bringing new lodging properties to Georgetown: The Sleep Inn/Mainstay Suites, a dual-brand hotel featuring two hotels under one roof, is expected to open in March of 2021. “The Sleep Inn will provide regular guest rooms for our interstate travelers and Mainstay Suites will be extended-stay rooms with full kitchenette,” explained owner Hitesh Sheth. Hitesh also said a third property is in development as well: Atwell Suites is an upper-midscale, all-suites hotel brand that is part of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies.
